Am I forclosed or not foreclosed? Ask Saxon Mortgage Services
This is just one of our articles referencing Saxon Mortgage complaints about mortgages, HAMP modifications, foreclosures, service, and more:
PM in Texas said: “After doing a repayment plan with Saxon and sending them over $12,000.00 in June, following every step of their forebearance agreement, Saxon Mortgage Services foreclosed anyway.
We were contacted by a real estate consultant who represents Saxon and were told we needed to move out within 2 weeks, or 3 at the very latest. We used what money we had left, found a place to lease for a year, then was told Saxon decided to rescind the sale.
Saxon Mortgage Services breached their contract and want us to take it back. Now Saxon wants us to do another forebearance plan and pay another amount and payments that are not affordable.
Since October of 2008 we have gone back and forth about if we qualify for modification, self employed so our income changes.”
