Gina said the following: “I have been trying to get a loan modification from saxon since aug. 2008. Thet have lost my paperwork on a few occasions, and I have been told over the phone that I have been denied on a few occasions. A rep. had told me to keep submitting the paperwork and I would eventually be approved. It is now Sept. 2009….no, not yet !!!!

I have called on several occasions and asked to speak to a manager, but one was never available. I have called to return a call from them to a specific person, and they claim that person does not work there. I am at the end of my rope.

I was actually approved for a loan modification, but I had to decline to sign the paperwork because my mortgage payment was modified and it was INCREASED. (what is that about?)

I don’t know what to do at this point.

Does Saxon Mortgage want to forclose on my home? I am starting to think so…. If you are buying a home or refinancing do yourself a favor and stay away from Saxon Mortgage — they are the worst.”
