RS in Washington said: “As many others have stated on this message board, I’m going through the HAMP program to keep my home. Saxon has lost my personally identifiable information including but not limited to – SSN, Birth date, employee ID, Tax (financial) records, complete salary information, etc. I’m so fed up and frustated with their constant mis-handling of my personal information that I’m talking to legal counsel. I don’t know what else to do. If anyone has an idea please let me know. niboreel@hotmail.com . Thanks for reading.”

RS: you may want to forward your concerns to the CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT PANAL.
As part of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, Congress established the Panel to oversee the U.S. Department of Treasury’s administration of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and to provide recommendations for future regulatory reform. To fulfill that mission, the Panel is empowered to hold hearings, review official data, and provide regular reports to Congress and the American public. I wrote to them about my concerns and within a few days, Saxon was contacting me asking how things were going. Rattle some cages!
