Saxon Mortgage calls deceased homeowner’s parents
This is just one of our articles referencing Saxon Mortgage complaints about mortgages, HAMP modifications, foreclosures, service, and more:
Jennifer, no location given, sent this upsetting report: “My step son lost his life in a car accident on 1/8/2008. He had a home loan with Saxon. No will. We went through probate. This was all resolved in court. We have legal papers that says this loan is over.
Saxon Mortgage has called my house 3 times to try to collect on the loan. Every time I tell them of my step sons demise, they say they will remove my number from the system and it has still not happened. Every call opens old wounds.
I just hung up the phone with a supervisor who claims she is escalating this to have our phone number removed. We will see again.”
Editor’s Note: Thank you for taking the time to let others know. We are sorry for your loss and hope Saxon Mortgage gets the message.
