href="http://tobeforeclosed.com" target="_blank">foreclosure notice.

I had a HRA Homeownership Specialist assisting in this matter and she could not believe how I or she was treated. I was hoping someone was doing a class action law suite. Saxon Mortgage needs one badly. Well the short of the matter is they forelosed on our house on May 6, 2010.

At first I told them that I could not come with the $3600 before they would even look at my file to try to modify the loan. But i did borrow the money from my mother, we called everyday stating the I had the money but would not send it until they stated what the terms were.

Why commit to something and be in the same boat?

We called and e-mailed at least twice a day and they did not even return to the call to say yes they would postpone the sale or to tell me they were not going to work with me. We even call the man’s supervisor and he did not return the call either.

I had to go out of town for about 10 days and happend to have left the same day of the sale. I did not know what they had done until I returned to work and found the e-mail from the HRA specialist that they did do a sheriffs sale it was sold for $109,200.

She said she was sorry and has never incountered such poor custormer service in all of the time she has helped other. So now we have 6 months to find something to live in. We have been in our home for 26 1/2 years.

A couple of weeks ago someone taped a flyer to our door which stated they were hired from Saxon to see if we wanted to move out early they would give us moving money, I asked how it was they said it was $1,000, I was so mad and told them to tell Saxon NO, we were not moving. How do you run a business like this hurting people and lack of communication, how do they sleep a night or look at themselves in the mirror.”

Related posts:

<a

This year I went to a NACA sponsored event in California and met with my lender. They informed me that the investor (Morgan Stanley) had me in a type of mortgage that allows no changes (modifications) to my loan.

That means no interest rate reduction, nothing. />

In June of 09, I qualified for Saxon’s HAMP program. My monthly payment before this was $1400. My payment after qualifying was $941. I paid every payment on time during their trial period which lasted 11 months! How is that right? I had people showing up at my house every 2 months claiming they were sent by Saxon. They took pictures of my house. I came home from work one day to find one taking pictures through my Patio door into my house.

Every time I called Saxon on this I was told “they are not with our Company”. Finally I had had enough and cornered one of them and asked what they hell they were doing. I was told that his Company had been hired by Saxon to check on the condition of the property and make sure it was inhabited then he asked me “Can I come in and take some pictures?” Of course I told him right where to go and called the police.

The police showed up and sure enough he produced documentation from Saxon stating he was to get pictures of the property. The police asked if I wanted the man on my property and I told him no, he took pictures from the street when we were home and my neighbors reported that the same guy showed up when we were at work and took pictures through our windows! Our blinds were shut for months!

Every month I paid my trail payment of $941 I asked Saxon when my paperwork would be sent and what would my monthly payment be? They would tell me some lie about it was in processing, or I was missing paperwork. I had faxed, re faxed, sent overnight, and UPS my paperwork an ungodly amount of times. They didn’t finally admit to having my paperwork until I faxed ALL of the confirmations to them. They were holding off until after February when new laws went into affect.

For every loan Saxon Mortgage modifiesy under the HAMP program Saxon receives $1000 from the GOVERNMENT, and if you make you modified payments on time for a year they receive another $1000 from guess who – the GOVERNMENT.

I finally received my paperwork for my HAMP mod om 5/14/10 and do you know how much Saxon helped me? They saved me $50.

My payment was reduced by $50. The rate is 7.99 percent. After almost a year of torture, placing calls every week, promises that my monthly payment would be that much more from my trial payment. I have a $1350 monthly payment on a house I can’t even sell and it’s not even worth $90,000!

When I called them, you know the first thing the Saxon person said to me, “I’m sorry ma’am I know that this payment isn’t going to be affordable to you but I suggest you sign the paperwork anyway and try to pay it” when I asked him how was I going to pay it he asked if I had anything valuable that I could sell, cars, jewelery.

I am supposed to sell everything I own, not eat, and not pay any of my other bills to afford this payment. I told him I can’t, I won’t. I also asked if there was any other programs, an in-house modification that I could do. “No ma’am I’m sorry, your income is too low”

They know that people can not make these payments. Yet they still get paid to do the HAMP mods. It is horrible what they are putting people through. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this.

Millions of people applied and qualified for this HAMP program with Saxon. They get a $1000 for each one! Do the math, they don’t care if the houses foreclose. They just don’t care. I love my home, it was suppose to be where I would raise my family and grow old, MY American Dream, now it’s my nightmare.

I will more than likely lose my home but I am determined not to lose it to Saxon, I would rather have the town foreclose on it for a $64 sewer bill then see it go to those crooks at Saxon Mortgage and Morgan Stanley.

Related posts:

<a

Saxon Mortgage denies receiving your documents then forecloses.

I tried to short sale my house, a realtor has a buyer that qualifies, sent all the documents repeatedly via fax via certified mail, and AGAIN and AGAIN, THEY SAID THE SAME thing.

THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT, FAX OR MAIL IT AGAIN. This situation prolonged to months and over a year, so i decided to file for Chapter 13 to save the house myself. I made payments as ordered by the bankruptcy court while waiting for resolution of my case, SAXON DENIES RECEIPT OF THESE PAYMENTS (I kept copies of my payment),

Saxon Mortgage then asked the court permission to sell my house (they lost because all the documents they submitted to support their motion to sell my house are all false!)

I fought hard because i went to law library and put my heart and soul in trying to fix this problem. I also have time because I am not working anymore…WHAT ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE WHO BECOME VICTIM OF SAXON?

Saxon Mortgage is only a servicing agent.

The more they hang on the loan and/or sell the house the more money they take in. They are heartless and ruthless. My loan is from Deustche Bank (and they hire saxon to service my loan.) Saxon connects with a law firm Pite Duncan LLP who files all this false statements to bankruptcy court after they have promised to work with you.

They make promises and make you wait SO YOU RUN OUT OF TIME TO OPPOSE THEIR MOTION TO FORECLOSE YOUR HOUSE!. EVIL TACTICS.. THE “INVESTOR” as they claimed may not be aware of how
this inhuman tactics saxon is doing to us. WE THE HOMEOWNERS HAVE TO SEND OUR LETTER DIRECTLY TO OUR INVESTOR.

Do not accept whatever Saxon Mortgage says (bunch of lies), demand to find out who is your loan INVESTOR and send your complaint directly. WE HAVE TO LET THE INVESTOR KNOW WHAT SAXON IS DOING TO USE. SAXON HAS VESTED INTERESTS IN PROLONGING THE CASE, SELLING THEIR CASE, NOT TO RESOLVE YOUR CASE BECAUSE THEY CHARGE THE INVESTOR FOR THE TIME THEY SPENT ON YOUR CASE.

WE SHOULD FIND A LAWYER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST SAXON. ITS THE ONLY WAY THEIR ABUSES CAN BE ADDRESSED.”

Related posts:

<a

In August of 2008 we were notified by our Tax Accountant that we were not the legal note holder on our home. What a shock to us.

We too were having financial problems and Saxon was working with us on a Loan Modification program and foreclosed on us with NO notice. Can you imagine going to have your taxes done only to find out you don’t have a home?

Numerous calls to Saxon and they denied the fact that we were no longer the home owner saying that we were in fact still the legal note holder.

Went to our county court house and retrieved all the paper work that showed the sale of the house, ect., ect., We hence moved out of the home and have seen it sit empty for the past 14 months.

This has been devastating for our family. We lived in this home for 20 years, raised our kids there and started with the grandkids. So, 14 months later paying rent on another home, settling in trying to still get over the loss of our home we get a certified letter from our Town Office saying that the property was breaking the town ordinance because the lawn wasn’t being taken care of.

So here we go again, does this never end?

I went to our local Court House to once again retrieve the legal documentation showing that we are not the home owner so the Town couldn’t fine us only to find out that the Bank who bought the house rescinded the foreclosure due to the fact that Saxon had approved the modification.

We have yet to be informed by Saxon of any of this and we are very confused. What to do now, not only are we legally responsible once again for any debt incurred but now supposedly have a mortgage payment due and are paying for a rental.

I do not understand how one human being can do this to another. Now we have to get a lawyer to get us through this mess, another debt we certainly can’t afford.

Related posts:

<a
