We don’t know much about this but thought we should post it anyway. Be aware that some investors bank on the fact that homeowners will lose their home anyway. When home prices rise there is a profit to be made.

TB in Pennsylvania said: “I’ve been attempting to get a modification since Sept. 2008, with very little luck. I’ve been through the run around, lost papers, inaccurate information, yes um… no… um yes again. I’ve been in the HAMP program since I signed my papers back in July. Here we are in October. A full 4 months later with still no responses, denials or confirmations from Saxon.
A few months ago Morgan Stanley said Saxon Mortgage would hire “up to thirty people” to help with Saxon’s backlog. Somehow Saxon claims to lead the field with 25 percent of mortgages modified. Something is wrong with those numbers.
My house payment was made days ago. I am not late, was never late, and do not want a modification. I mind my own business, and wish Saxon Mortgage Servicing would do the same. I just received another phone call from Saxon. What an annoying and disgusting bunch they are.
LB in California said: “I was approved for a loan mod today fixed rate 3.375% for 5 years. Bringing old payment of $2600 to $1400. I just want to let people know there is help out there and Saxon isn’t as bad as all the reports!”
Did you know this fact? On October 11, 2007, Ahold USA announced the sale of Tops Markets, LLC to Morgan Stanley Private Equity. Morgan Stanley owns Saxon Mortgage. If you are having issues with your Saxon mortgage, perhaps you should know this simple fact, thereby avoiding Tops Markets.
Big Brother is watching, or listening in this case. Apparently so are unhappy Saxon Mortgage customers. This morning on 92.5 KZPS radio, Donna from Saxon Mortgage in Ft Worth, was playing the Harley Davidson give away by providing her Drivers License information to see if it matched the serial number of the motorcycle.
LB said: “As a former employee, let me tell you all the compliants here are true. The workout employees have great intentions – it is the management group who doesn’t care. They put too much on the employees (wanted 15 mods a day to be processed) and not enough focus on what is right for the customer.
