TM in Alabama said: “Saxon Mortgage began giving me the run-around the moment that I requested assistance. I would send in the same forms over and over. I would get a different person each time I called and they would tell me to give them the same info over and over and they would tell me it had not been registered. I was sent back and forth, each one telling me the same info was needed. I was sent mail regarding my situation that stated I had 10 days to reply and the letter was received over 2 weeks after it was dated! I will lodge complaints wherever I can.”
As matters continue to deteriorate at Saxon Mortgage it is clear that Saxon should hire more people. Instead, parent company Morgan Stanley decided to raise pay for executives. Executives want to be on par with others of their kind.
Jeff in Tennessee said: “We got a refund from Saxon from our Escrow and then a year later they seem to be double charging us from Escrow now? I don’t see how if they paid our taxes for that same amount, why it is now double? The Saxon rep wouldn’t admit a error, said the system got side tracked… side tracked? what bull. Wonder if anyone else got this refund issue with Escrow.”
B in California said: “I am also dealing with the same issue. My documents were due with cashier’s check by March 2nd and they were received an signed for on March 1st (I have the Fed-Ex tracking as proof), cashier’s check has been cashed.

BL in Kentucky said: “Saxon mortgage is ripping us off. We have been on all the web sites and we are being done the same way. Saxon is saying we are 4 payments behind, and every month I pay $50.00 to $100 extra. Saxon put part of our payments into a holding account and can’t give us a reason why.
