They forget one important fact. They have no talent, no real skills, and lets face it, without us they have no existence. MD in New Jersey said: “When I started reading these complaints I could not believe it! My husband and I have been in this situation for 15 months and have had 5 different offers on the table for a short sale every time we were told to send updated info and every time they would only receive part of the package. When our last offer was finally sent to the “Negotiator” Saxon foreclosed on July 13 and that was one week after we were told it was with the “Negotiator”. If there is any one out there who can help us with some more info we would really be grateful.”

PM in Texas said: “After doing a repayment plan with Saxon and sending them over $12,000.00 in June, following every step of their forebearance agreement, Saxon Mortgage Services foreclosed anyway.

KB said: “I have attempted to get a short sale approved for the last 5 months. No CSR has given information relative to each other. I have faxed the package to them 6 times and have been told never to refax it unless instructed to do so because that would reset the clock on getting it imaged to their system. I was told it takes 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 and 30 days or more for the fax to imaging based on volume.

TW in North Carolina said: “I moved to Mississippi in May of 2006 and before I could make my first mortgage payment my mortgage was sold to Saxon Mortgage and the first mortgage company went out of business for Mortgage Fraud. Being a new homeowner I wasn’t sure if there was anything that I could do because my first loan was predatory.

SB in Michigan said: “I have been dealing with Saxon since April over a glitch (their line) with the computor that has caused me to be default by 4 months. Of course Saxon is adding late fees.!! To the point it is about them using my escrow to to pay my homeowners insurance, which i am responsible for.
