There is forged documents embezzelment wire fraud . this loan was illegal from the first go on both ends in the year 2000 pinfund corp. of california funded the loan with stolen money and with a little serching you will find they busted for a $300.000.00 ponzi scheme. i filed bankruptcy to try to stop this but even the judge in charleston wv. took there side fully knowing that all of these laws had been broken i have two sets of loan papers from saxon and they have different dollar ammounts on them. they took the home i raised my children in. i now my wife and two children. would someone please tell me why is it the people with all the money gets every thing and the poor are used for a foot wiping tool. i am telling any one i have all of the papers to prove that they are a very spineless corporation . we all need to take this to court and make this a class action law suit. i am now living in a garage with my wife and two kids.obama change is comming? well im waiting and have been waiting for 9 years proof is in actions not words.”

Another Saxon customer asks “I have been dealing with Saxon Mortgage for 10 months now. I sent them countless faxes, certified letters and NOTHING!!!! They keep sending nasty letters and I have done all they they asked for. I’ve tried to send letters to the U.S. Government as well but have had nothing in return. I can’t even talk to a human at Saxon and if I do they are rude as can be! Can ANYONE help me?”

HG in Ohio said: “I along with everyone on here have been fighting with Saxon. I was told that they “lost the fax” lol. Don’t think so – I certified mailed it to them as well. What helped me was that I was in direct contact with the attorney for them that is trying to foreclose on my home. They seem to get the ball rolling.

DC in Ohio said: “Been fighting with Saxon since it bought from Novastar in 2007. Need help in Ohio. cant seem to get a refi or loan mod due to the neglegence on their part…. sent out several loan mod packets, sent the last one fax and followed by priority mail 15 minutes later. After sending the required material, received a letter from Saxon Mortgage Servicers saying they didnt recieve all the documents…. again. Someone needs to open some eyes and help us save our homes… any ideas?”

SJ in Washington said: “My name is Steve, I have power of attorney for my sister who is battleing brain cancer. I have been trying for 13 months to refinance / loan modification with Saxon Mortgage. She is current on her loan, but 16 months ago she got cancer of the brain and lost her business. She is currently on Social Security Disability and recieves 896.00 a month, Her house payment is 1040.00 a month. I have been asking for help, sent in requested paper work complete via us postal service 3 times, faxed 3 times.They keep telling me something is missing, or did not receive. I called them and they did receive everything as i went page by page with the representative, she said to resend everything as the 10 days notice had elapsed from the date on the letter.
