Saxon, as a mortgage lender or servicer offended one too many customers, causing action on our part
Where it is recognized that Saxon Mortgage, as a mortgage servicer, can be offensive and abusive when dealing with homeowners, and such interaction infers that making a simple house payment is approached as debt collection
and where it is known to be offensive to call homeowners when no payment is due, and it is known that people work hard to prevent debt collectors from calling
and it therefore is our determination that Saxon Mortgage is abusive, and has abused homeowners in a manner that they do not deserve, we are establishing a website
This is notification of the following:
- This domain name will be used as a consumer advocacy and watchdog website.
- The site will be used in accordance with ICAAN policies and the rights of free speech afforded by the constitution.
- We are not affiliated with Saxon Mortgage or Morgan Stanley Credit Corp., except for the fact that our mortgage is serviced by Saxon Mortgage
- Legal precedent for this website has been estasblished by other websites
- The Domains and the DNS profile considers domain name disputes as a phenomenon, along with the 1999 US Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA).
